METALLICA

My experienced the first time when I heard Metallica music was “ oh my god what is this, this not a punk rock and not  heavy metal also, the music so aggressive, loud, wild but is beautiful in the same time.

Metallica doesn’t want to be a rock star Metallica just want to rock the world just like what cliff burton did on “ anestashia ( pulling teeth )” song , he do bass solo for five minutes, there’s wasn’t  any rock band do like that  on that time, once again we shall be proud to the wicked, headbanger, virtuoso master piece of human being of cliff burton.

Metallica doin a breakthrough in music scene, in early 80s they do something that make everybody open their eyes for something new and different, they play loud and fast .  

   There are created their own fan base, their own market without any supports from the media, Metallica open up the gates for next generation of METAL band Metallica have proven  to the world that METAL band can be independent  and stand up for what they believen, Metallica have sold a millions of  copy for MASTER OF PUPPETS album without making any video, radio promotion etc.

   There’s a stereo  types about metal music that music is related with sex, evil, drugs, but metallica make other issue such as politic, isolation, rebellion, desperation that really connected with real life, they never said “ hey baby “ on their song, like other rock star do or any other glam metal do on their songs in early 80s.

   Their directly tell that everything  are sucks and boring, they had a raw power, angry, and energy to make everything changes, any metal band can play heavier, faster than metallica now , but Metallica do it first with pure motivation and clear vision about what they are doin, they do it not for commercial, for a chicks, or something outside of music.

   Any metalhead might say metallica is about, renegade, rebel, against, revolution, breakthrough, weird, mighty force, mind blowing, aggressive, wild, blizzard , heavy, loud, fast, noisy, headbang, devil horn but one thing that we should not forget is metallica is about music revolution.

Metallica can introduce metal music to the world they sold millions album with their own direction without any pressure from market or label, metallica is the first metal band who can grab the grammy awards, America music award, mtv award, rock n’ roll hall of fame, mtv icon, and sold out live event in big stadium all around the world, from Europe, asia, America etc, and they still rock the world

Metallica never stop doin revolution in music they do this since the day one, from kill em all, ride the lightning, master of puppets, …and justice for all, black album, load, re load, st anger, death magnetic

Until know there’s no metal band can change their position as thrash metal pioneers, metallica have been through so much shit, they still survive since glam metal era, alternative rock era, hip metal era, emo rock era, brit pop era, grunge rock era, techno rock era and metallica is still the winner

Metallica is the hero for thrash metal, speed metal, power metal specially for metal fans. Metal can have position in music industry thanks to metallica, without metallica metal music will be alienated in music industry, from 80s, 90s ,2000s music has change, band come and go, but metallica still kickin ass people in around the world by doin concert in many country  with a thousand metalhead On their concert  “ METALLICA  RULES “

Every metal band for last 30 years who said that they not influenced by black Sabbath is fuckin liar, because black Sabbath in is the inverter of the heavy, dark, aggressive and beautiful sound in early 70s.

When the first time I saw welcome to the jungle video I was wondering where those guys like this will be ended is it in the jail or dead. Guns n’ roses music not describe about party, power ballads and glamour things. They song is about drugs addiction, paranoia, misfist, city of underworld, sex, violence, love,anger and cracks of Hollywood. Izzy stradlin is ronny wood mojo from the stones, slash he took different way while every guitarist tryin to be Eddie van Halen, he use jimmy page, eric Clapton and joe perry style and bring their style into morn era.axl rose he tell the truth on he’s lyrics no matter what the cost is, he a passionate and angry person he got high vocal range, scream bloody murder and he’s fuckin crazy Guns n’ roses is a bad ass band on the planet they are outlaw their music is like never heard before guns n’ rose save rock n’ roll with their unique sounds, they are combination of led zeppelin and rolling stones, besides of their controversy and same time we see the greatest rock n’ roll show all the time, lead by inspiring riot axl rose when he said “ wake up time to die “ One year after released double album use your illusion 1 and 2 their become the most popular band in the world, this album contains epic ballads, down and dirty rock n’ roll different direction with appetite for destruction album. Some critics said this album is “ the bad, the good, the ugly of guns n’ roses “ it took 3 years world wide tour and it was the longest tour in rock n’ roll story in that time. fuel with non stop drugs and ego it only took few years the band got broke up. VAN HALEN

Van Halen their change face of hard rock music in early  80s their  first album self title van halen is one of important album in rock history, let’s not forget about eruption song how eddie van halen shock music critics and rock music audience two handed tapping, hammer pull on and melodic style had influence many virtuoso guitarist from 80s until now  And many young guitarist try to play guitar like eddie van halen did

And let’s do not forget about ultimate frontman david lee roth the golden god of women, alex van halen on hot for the teacher song how he kicked double bass drums, Michael Anthony bass thunder on runnin with the devil song that we still remember until know And with Sammy haggar they became big and bigger, they had bigger stage, bigger hits and bigger selling,

Van Halen still survive even the music trend  always changes every years because they are trend setter of modern hard rock, so many guitar virtuoso right now but eddie van halen is innovator for modern guitar hard rock that inspiring many new virtuoso electric guitar.

Heavy Metal music had an agenda for the generation the agenda is about FREEDOM, THE TRUTH AND LOVE and so many METAL band sing about that trilogy, Heavy Metal lyrics give answer in this life. Heavy Metal song can make you fell goosebumps in your body, Heavy Metal song can make crying a thousand audience in the big arena with their POWER BALLADS .

Heavy Metal is become serious industry they have been sold millions of records copy, sold out live event, fashion trends, music  equipment, that make factory produced a lot of guitar, bass, drums, keybords, guitar effect, and microphone, and a lot of records company had big profit from Heavy Metal  Band. 

But in the other hands Heavy Metal music had a problem with media who doesn’t understood with this art, those media give some bad image for Heavy Metal music, such as noisy music, music for lazy person, music that full of anger, music for isolation people, music of evil, music of loser, etc.

For some of people they are afraid with the art specially Heavy Metal, actually they are afraid with their own perception about the object that their see. It’s about creativity, and art that became huge industry.

And one more thing that make Heavy Metal music is became well known is because Heavy Metal music tell to the people that something wrong with the world that we live in, while POP music tell to the people that everything is O.K. 

With Heavy Metal music their storm the planet earth, this music have been shocked many people in this planet since beginning through their aggressive music, heavy sounds, dark music, loud sounds, and hard beat of music

And Heavy Metal had their own style that make their look different with main streams society, you can see from thrash people, glam metal people, etc they had variant style, but general there are wear black t-shirt with band logo, denim and leather, long hair or bald, tattoo, etc

Heavy Metal wave had influence to youngsters from all around the world from England, America, Japan, Canada, Germany, Asia, Europe. This storm haven’t stop yet even so many media and society reject  their existing , Heavy metal storm will still live on because the spirit and the attitude is in youngsters blood, no matters they are from Europe, Asia, Africa, middle east, etc
